Peggy Lindner

Peggy Lindner is the founder and managing director of SPRACHWEISER. Foreign languages and cultures have always been her passion. Getting people from different backgrounds talking, breaking down their language barriers and connecting them through communication – this is what drives her.

After completing her diploma as a translator for English and Russian at Leipzig University, she moved to Karlsruhe, where she worked for a medium-sized language service provider in an employee and managerial capacity for several years. In 2010 she discovered Berlin for herself, stayed true to the industry and took on responsibility for the project management department at a global translation company. She worked later as a Operations Manager in a start-up for machine translation. She is now running her own business since January 2016. As a member of the German Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators (BDÜ), she constantly has her finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest market developments.

For more than 19 years, Peggy Lindner has been advising customers on all things concerning foreign languages, translation and international communication.

Step 1

Your enquiry – Our quote

You send us an enquiry along with the data to be translated, ideally by e-mail or via a download link, e.g. WeTransfer. Feel free to directly specify the desired language combination, your preferred deadline and any other instructions (reference texts, terminology, target group, etc.).

We review your source files thoroughly in order to give you our best quote. Our prices depend on the complexity, volume and repetition rate of the texts. 

We work with translation memory systems that detect repetitions and fixed terminology within the texts. These are calculated at a reduced word price. You thus benefit from quicker and more consistent translations that cost less. 

You will usually receive our quote within one working day.

Step 2

Checking and executing your order

Once you have confirmed our quote by e-mail, we prepare the data for translation, forward it to the best translator for the job and then send you confirmation of the delivery date. 

We clarify any questions that may arise while processing the project and make sure that everyone involved is informed as appropriate.

Step 3

Delivery and feedback

The requested translation lands in your e-mail inbox on schedule. If the translator has any comments or notes relating to the source text or final text, we deliver these too. Even after delivery, if you have any questions or would like any edits to be made, we gladly take care of these to ensure that you are completely satisfied. 

We also send you the invoice via e-mail.
